Great dealership

Jim Norton was by far the nicest dealership we went to in the Tulsa area. Nice showroom and people seemed friendly. They actually acted like they wanted my business and worked to get it.

We had great experience buying our Toyota Prius

Our sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. They worked with us on the price and gave a great deal. Our experience with Finance person was great. He was knowledgeable on different types of warranties and vehicle coverages they offer for long term care of Prius.

Excellent Service

We were buying a truck for our 17 year old son on a small budget and everyone provided exceptional service, from sales to financing. Tanner and Trey our sales guys were knowledgeable and not pushy. Our financianing agent, Kord made the experience even better, he took the time to teach our son the value of good credit and explained things so that it made sense to a 17 year old first time buyer. I would definitely ask for Tanner, Trey and Kord the next time I buy a car there. I will definitely go back.

Brand new car same feel

My brand new 2017 Toyota Sienna is awesome! The drive was no different than my old car, which is great for my kids since that's what they were used! I can't wait to use my entertainment system in the car. Angela Hobbs was also great and made sure we were taken care of before we left the lot! You are doing great!

Outstanding customer service in a friendly atmosphere!

I was a little apprehensive about buying my first car, especially at such a large dealership. However, after talking with Grant Geer I was confident that I would find the right car for me at the right price. Being so young, I felt that my options would be limited. But, when I arrived I was surprised to find that Jim Norton had a wide selection of cars that fit into my narrow price range. Not once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Thanks to Grant's patience and willingness to find the best deal for me, I drove home in a brand new Toyota Corolla. Not many 18 year old kids fresh out of high school can say that much.
