Professional and Respectful

I so appreciate Jim Norton Toyota dealership. Everyone I've talked with or worked with has been incredibly professional and respectful of me. Often I experience condescension for my age and gender, but here I am treated with nothing less than utter respect and honor. They treat me like an actual person and not just a money-maker. Surprise Gift

This experience was awesome. No hassles. I told my husband sometime ago the kind of truck I wanted. Lord behold Jim norton had the truck. This vehicle was a lotta more truck than I expected. Great place to buy from!

Great deals

Came in just looking for a black and chrome car not thinking of buying but when me and Mitch came across a black and chrome Nissan Altima I couldn't pass it up. It had low miles and all the accessories inside. Took it for a drive and knew we had a match. The rest is history

Amazing Customer Service

I have been to many dealerships and this one by far is the best all around. The salesman Andrew was great. He had amazing customer service and he was very respectful. He will be my go to salesman from now on. He sold me not only on a C-HR but a lifetime of buying from the toyota line. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

My salesman JC was very patient and very knowledgable. He was easy to talk to and really made my first car purchase a little less terrifying. Brian in financing was also very patient and helpful!
