Oil change

They got me right in . Got it done quicker than they said. They talked with me before it was complete and went over the details of their inspections .

First service on new vehicle at 7500 miles.

The service was completed in the time indicated. Free car wash and vacuum included and that is appropriate as the cost is about $10 higher than service at some other sites. Not scheduled as it is only a oil change, new filter, and tire rotation. Just come in and be done with in one hour. I am pleased with service provided at this facility. You can save $30 if you come in when there is a service special. I had a internet message about the special price two weeks before I had my service done but he had to go to Sioux Falls so could not go in that week.

Best service department experience

Great folks specially Matt and Jeremy. Awesome service. I have been going for car services since 2011 and never had a single problem or bad service.

Tends to concerns and gives follow-up needs

Good attention to concerns I asked for a loaner and robin assisted all concerns were handled alerted me of future service needs easy time to set appointment

Great service

Johnston Acura is consistently professional, timely and thorough. Jeremy is straightforward, is not pushy and I feel like, gives good advice. Nice waiting area with updates while waiting

Great experience

Went in to learn more about vehicles and after visiting elsewhere, the service and transparency was what brought me to choose Acura for my next vehicle. I worked with John and he was always polite, detailed and caring. Great experience.

Outstanding

Highly recommend the dealership but especially Sejad to anyone who is the market for a vehicle. He did a outstanding job from start to finish. Made everything very transparent, quick and easy!

Friendly, Quick, and Easy!

Shortly after I submitted an online inquiry, Sejad called me within minutes and got started on the financing offer right away. We scheduled a test drive and drove the vehicle off the lot within hours. Sejad was great to work with and I highly recommend him! We completed the financing paperwork with Anthony and he answered all our questions and was also very friendly. Both of these guys made it quick and easy for us!

Always excellent!

I've never had a bad service experience at my Acura dealer, and (thankfully)I never dread going to have my car serviced. This last time I had Robin assist me, and he was friendly, professional and helpful. I've also had Jeremy and Matt help me in the past and all of the professionals take the time to talk and explain the services thoroughly with me, usually while I'm seated in the comfortable waiting area enjoying a complimentary coffee. I love that I don;t have to prearrange oil changes and tire rotations, and I can just go and they have me in and out within the hour or less. The service is fast, efficient, professional and friendly. Thank you!
