I had a 10 out of 10 experience and it was made very easy especially since it was my first time getting my own car. Presley was very helpful and had fast responses to my questions and my parents questions as well. We were able to get a lot of the information she needed done before our appointment just to make sure everything was situated and all in order.

Professional, knowledgeable, kind and made you feel comfortable asking a million questions. The process was seamless and this team of professional represent their employer in such a positive light. Cocky, disrespectful staff
I have been driving BMWs for many years and take advantage of free car washes. DR has young women and men that take the car through the wash. My experience with the women has been great but not with the men. They congregate in little groups and do not great the customers. One in particular is loud and makes taunting remarks especially to female customers. The head guy seems to create a hostile, non-welcoming environment. It is a very unpleasant experience to go there.

Poor Customer Service
Tried to have my free car wash on several occasions in March, April and there was always some excuse why it could not be provided-most recent was repair on car wash. It was a waste of my time to go there. If you claim to provide a service to customers, then provide it. My other BMW dealers would provide hand washes by appointments. Very disappointing customer service.
