BMW X3
Great dealer to deal with from start to finish! We will be back for service, parts, and accessories as well. This was our fifth BMW

Jim Barth is the greatest!
I just bought my 6th Mini from Dreyer and Reinbold. Working with Jim Barth is always such a great experience. I recommend them 100% and I will be back for my 7th Mini.

Poor Service
They say they provide free car washes every Saturday for BMW owners yet they do not—there is always some excuse— it is too hot, it is too cold, it is a holiday yet Sales is open to take your money. Of all BMW dealers we have dealt with over 20 years, Dreyer Rheinbold provides the poorest services. Go elsewhere.

I’ve waited my whole life for this car!
I’ve been working with Todd Hartley at the dealership for over two years trying to get my first Mini! He has been amazing to work with! Never pushy, always available for questions and a great resource for this car! He communicated with me throughout the whole process and made it very smooth and easy… he is awesome!

Great people!
I'm on my third Mini and have dealt with Dryer and Reinbold every time. From the sales department to the service department even the people who answer the phones everyone is pleasant, helpful and professional. Jim Barth (sales) in particular is great, he's always ready to answer a question and never hard sells me anything. often when I take a car in for an oil change I have to take a look at the new cars. Jim always says Hi but is respectful when I tell him I'm just looking and not ready for a new car just yet.

Great place!
My wife just purchased her 4th Mini from Dreyer & Reinbold earlier this week. I believe her first was back in 2004. We have always gotten friendly service and fair deals from this place. They go above and beyond to make you a return customer, which my wife definitely is. I can't say enough good things about Jim Barth, who made the buying and trade-in experience very enjoyable. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention the finance guy, Kevin Lawton, who makes that whole process efficient and painless. Both of these guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and put you at ease every step of the way. Many thanks to the whole team there for making my wife very happy with her latest Mini.

Chloe Craig at Dreyer and Reinbold
We had decided to buy a Mini Cooer S and met Chloe Craig. She was so helpful and led us to a 2019 Countryman S. After pondering it for a night, we decided to buy. The amazing thing about Chloe was not the sale process but her commitment to detail and attention after the sale. She quickly responds to all my after sale questions and has patiently worked through ALL of the features of the car (and there are many). She helped to get a few parts that needed to replaced. She does all of it with best attitude and amazing energy. The whole Dreyer and Reinbold staff has been great from the sales manager to service. I highly recommend Chloe and Dreyer & Reinbold as the place to go for your Mini

False Inventory
Called prior visit, confirmed they have the car but this was not the reality. It was already sold a few days back but you need to cost your time and money to know this.

Amazing service again
This is my second Mini and needed a little bigger one to fit car seats into for my new granddaughter. Though I loved my Mini of eight years Jim Barth came to the rescue and helped me find the best fit for me. Another great Mini and service.

WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY ARE SCAMMERS
This is my first time ever having a BMW after only owning a Ford Escape and Jeep Wrangler. For a luxury car brand and dealer, they surely do not act like it. This is the worst customer service ever. One of their dealers, Vu Tran, doesn’t listen and just wants to up charge so he can get his commission. Their service manager Joe Bradshaw doesn’t believe in “customer is always right,” but in fact they and their employees are always right. I purchased an X5 and immediately the GPS was not working. The shark fin on the hood had fell off while driving, something that this dealership says is my fault and that “it was intentional” so fixing it and the gps is not under warranty. For someone who just got a bmw and being introduced this “luxury” car brand, their vehicles and own employees certainly haven’t given off the impression. They act as if they’re Toyota employees hiding behind the BMW badge, but honestly that’s an insult to Toyota since they didn’t even do this BS when I had to fix my girlfriend’s Prius with them. Do not bother doing your service at this branch, they are a completely horrible misrepresentation and fabrication of BMW. Mercedes is definitely winning the rivalry in this. I rather have my Jeep Wrangler again than dealing with this BMW branch, this defective X5 they won’t fix that is covered under warranty, and horrible service and inconsiderate care of their customers. Especially avoid Vu Tran at all costs. Him and Bradshaw tried to charge me $3000 (RIP OFF!!) for antenna replacement, and they refused to guarantee that it would fix the issue in my car. They instead blame the customer for all the problems, when it’s BMW’s problem for the defective shark fin and not fixing it under warranty. They say someone intentionally and forcibly took it off. They’re basically just calling us stupid. Who intentionally takes off a shark fin and messes up the antenna of their car? BMW certainly thinks so. They refused to cover under the warranty. My mother’s X7 shark fin had fell off the same way as my car and they covered that! They are inconsistent. I had already got an oil change, and Vu Tran insisted on getting due for an oil change even though it already happened 2 months prior. He goes off the computer and doesn’t use his common sense. If the computer told him his name wasn’t Vu Tran, he’d probably believe that too. They also fraudulently tried to charge me for filter replacement. The bmw and it’s luxury computer itself would tell me this needs to be replaced. The levels showed all is green and ok. Vu and Bradshaw just wanted to make extra money and mislead their customers. I even came to pick up the car when no service was done and they tried to hold my car hostage and make me pay $500 for parts and labor—when nothing had been done. They said I could just pick it up. Bradshaw never mentioned a $500 bill. He said i could just pick it up. I told them I didn’t need oil change after telling Bradshaw, but Tran still decided include it in the bill. Vu Tran is the worst car dealer I’ve ever seen. Also, beware of their reply to this negative review. They’re going to defend themselves and give a politician-like answer, and they rather spend more time doing that than just fixing my car under warranty. It’s laughable and egregious. AVOID DREYER REINBOLD BMW! Absolute utter garbage. Pompous scammers.
