Exceeded ALL of my expectations!

Thank you Lewis Bass and Vandergriff Acura!! Salesman Lewis Bass - 5 star care! Don’t forget that name, I won’t! Lewis made all the difference in our first time stepping into a Luxury Acura dealership! He listened to our needs and wants and diligently worked to meet every need and BY FAR exceeded in getting what we wanted! My wife and I really thought our wants exceeded our means and this guy, WOW, was in our corner and made sure we left with knowing we could not have gotten a better deal anywhere else!! The 2020 MDX base model had all of the features we needed and wanted and then some BUT we LOVED the super cool sporty look on the ASpecs package. Lewis worked with the Vandergriff staff to figure out how to get that look on the MDX we wanted! We picked up our MDX last night and OMG!! Our MDX blows the ASpecs look away! It by far exceeded my expectations!! I wish I could post a picture here!! Thank you again Lewis Bass and Vandergriff Acura! Joey and Kris - your new customers for life!

I should have walked away when they messed the numbers up...

I should have walked away when they messed the numbers up the first few times. Mike personally reached out and asked what they could do to gain my trust and earn my business. I initially thought that was not sincere but decided to hear them out. I was promised a “we owe” for the alignment. I put the car in the shop after one day of owning the vehicle, it was in the shop for 4 days, I get a call to pick up my vehicle because it is ready, and it still shakes and pulls to the right. I am a single mom and live 35 minutes away. I do NOT feel safe in this vehicle especially when it pertains to my children being in the car with me. At the very least I should be able to do an exchange of vehicle after the crap I’ve gone through with this purchase. Under the laws found in -Sec. 17.46. DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES UNLAWFUL. (a) False, misleading, or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce are hereby declared unlawful and are subject to action by the consumer protection division under Sections 17.47, 17.58, 17.60, and 17.61 of this code.- I have found at least 6 reasons this vehicle was an unlawful sale. Do not go to this dealership!!!! Go somewhere else!!!
