Acura MDX 2016

This is third time I have bought an Acura from this dealership. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They are attentive to my concerns and address each one individually. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I research 2019 and 2020 Acura TLX for the last several...

I research 2019 and 2020 Acura TLX for the last several weeks. We found a 2020 TLX on there site for $26295.00. We were working with Logan Wilson and told him several times that we would be paying cash for the vehicle. We called last night to Logan to verify they had the vehicle and they did. We went down to the dealership, test drove it, and went inside to pay for the car. Logan then advised us that we could not pay cash for it but had to finance it so they could get the rebates from Acura. We refused and left. I went online today and the same car had a purchase now online option. I clicked thru the screens and it had a total price with tax and license. With the proper online pricing. Lewis Bass from the dealership called me and said the car has tinted windows, nitrogen in the tires and clear coat so the price is more. So last night the price has to be financed and today they want to raise it because of tint and clear coating. They can't get their stories straight!! BTW I bought a new MDX from them 2 years ago but apparently they don't care if your a loyal customer. Horrible way to treat people

Dishonest pricing at your dealership. When you put a price online, honor it and not this bait and switch crap. 2 days with 2 different salesmen and 2 different stories why you wouldn’t honor the price that you published. Absolutely unprofessional for a high end dealership

Came in for a test drive and absolutely loved the experience. Didn’t know a whole lot about the Acura brand beforehand, but It’s at the top of my list now. Logan Wilson helped me out and was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Stop by just to look but Lewis Bass made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Great customer service, acknowledgeable, accommodating and no pressure salesmanship. Highly recommended.

Certified Pre-Owned MDX

Our sales rep Lewis Bass was great. He met us as we drove up and after briefly explaining what we were looking for took us right to what we wanted. Great listener, paid close attention to what my my wife wanted and worked in a very cordial and comfortable way with us through the whole process. We bought exactly what we wanted at the price we had wanted to pay.
