Great experience, delivered without any exceptions.

Dealer recommended by local auto show personality. Received prompt response from Sales Manager, then handed off to experienced Sales Guy. Met all my criteria, car, equipment, price, etc. Much better experience than with other Acura dealers.

Had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle.

Purchased a 2018 Acura MDX from Mr. Fausto Rivera on 2/23/19. Had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day but Mr Rivera's courtesy and attention to knowledge of the vehicle persuade us to purchase the SUV. I would like to thank him for his professionalism and the way he conducted himself with us. No pressure at all was ever felt to purchase the vehicle, just common knowledge of that particular SUV. Again, my special thanks to Mr Rivera and may he continue to be successful in selling cars to other customers. Again.......thanks to Mr Fausto Rivera and the dealership. Continued success !!!

New Car Experience

We have worked with our sales person Wade West for 20 years and 8 Acuras. He makes the whole experience easy and pleasant. He thoroughly explains the whole process as we move through it. He has our best interest in mind. We know he goes to bat for us each time we work with him and we feel confident we get the best deal possible.

Blake was great!

Blake was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and went above and beyond lining two with different interior colors up side by side so I could make my final decision! I felt like he and Chris were very honest, upfront, and respectful. 5 stars, definitely recommend!

Avoid Brian Smith

Dealer lower price and call and texted first thing in morning to set up a 1:30pm apt. Brian put into system and sent me an invite. Drive was 39 miles away and when I was 5 miles from dealership, Brian, calls me stating that car was maybe being sold. Arrive 5 minutes later and confirmed sold. Bad business. Why make an appointment and sell car right from under it. Brian's response was oh well!!!!.

Brian Smith Unprofessional

Made appointment @10am for 1:30pm. Brian sent appointment . Drove 39 miles and when I was 5 miles away, text'd me stating that other party in interested. Arrived 5 minutes later and was apparently sold. Unprofessional.

Outstanding buying experience

This is my third Acura from Vandergriff, where I've always had great buying experiences. Blake is by far the most knowledgeable and polite sales professional. I appreciated his patience and desire to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with our purchase.

Relaxing Buying Experience

Mr. West made my buying experience a very pleasant one. I went in trying to decide between the ILX and TLX. Mr. West explained each car and explained all the packages. What I loved is that when I thought I had made up my mind on the ILX and after doing a test drive felt like I just wanted to give the TLX a look. Mr. West didn't even blink he went and pulled a TLX around (in the rain) and let me test drive that one. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Overall, AWESOME customer service. I would recommend Vandergriff Acura and Mr. West in particular to all my friends.
