mkx service was fast and efficient. very helpful on car loan and very surprised with the no charge for the oil change. Greg knew what was wrong with my vehicle and serviced it accordingly. I will return in the future for any car maintenance I will need.

We purchased the 2015 MKC/reserve edition. The service was excellent. We have purchased cars in the past and the anxiety and strong arming was horrible, however this experience was very pleasant and relaxed, with everyone coming by and introducing themselves including one of the owners of the dealership. Our salesman was Jim and the knowledge he had of the product was amazing. I've told everyone I know what a great experience we had and that if they are looking for a new car or lease..............they need to visit Hooks Lincoln........they are second to none.

Fabulous service by Doug Robertson and the gang in the service department at Hooks. I always feel like a star with their customer service, and love leaving from my maintenance appointments with a shiny, clean car! I had a regularly scheduled oil change, and got my car inspected at the same time. Great use of time. I love having a quiet time in the waiting area using the free wifi and sipping on a diet coke. Can't wait for the upcoming remodel!
