Hooks provided me with a loaner car while they diagnosed this issue and quickly fixed it.

Used 2010 Lincoln navigator. Great sales staff. Great dealership. Easy to get to.

Service was great and done in a professional manner. The service department has friendly, helpful associates, and they are ready to assist you with your needs. I will definitely go there again for my service needs on my MKC.

My husband and I were unable to make an appointment during office hours yet with no hesitation we were told someone would meet with us that very day. The salesman, Mark, was cordial, informative, and very helpful. There was never a time where we felt pressured. Mark made us fell like family and he haggled the best trade in for our car. We were surprised how we were able to take our new vehicle home even though we didn't have the check with us and Mark met with us for lunch the next day to not only finalize the sale but also take the time to educate my husband on more features of his new car. My husband loves his new Lincoln and we have no buyers remorse as we have experienced that in the past. We feel that we have never had such a great experience car buying ever. We are definitely Hooks customers for life!

Service work on 2005 navigator. Service was excellent. All issues on my navigator were resolved quickly.
