Hooks terrible service department

The worst service ever! I bought 3 navigators from them. Took mine in to replace windshield! Was told to be there early AM, would be done early. After 7 PM my son got home! Rick was the service manager for years! He’s no longer there! It shows! My navigator was always detailed, not this time! The poorest service ever! Doug was even rude when I complained! Kory, Rick, Greg were so good! Sad that they are gone!

Lincoln Aviator

Door repair to correct mis alignment and sof close doors not workingcould not be done due to lack of parts. Expect 1 week delay

Horrible service department

That absolute worst service department I have ever encountered without a doubt. Brought My car in three times for repairs that were not performed . Never again.

Stay away! Horrible quality and service

The last 18 months of service on my New 2020 Aviator has been a nightmare. You have to wait 2-4 weeks to get an appointment. My car was in the shop for 4 week during my most recent experience and then my car was returned with the same problem. I had to wait another 2 weeks to fix the problem that was supposed to be fixed the first time. My car has been in the shop 7 times for a total of 3 months in the shop. Do not buy from Hooks or Lincoln for that matter! They sell you on the great service and a nice sales center. The second you become the owner, be prepared for auto generated emails “checking in,” reoccurring problems and no communication. Yes this review is for the new service manager too! The last two managers have not provided “luxury” service.

Awesome service

Nark was an awesome and attentive salesman. Very knowledgeable. Made purchasing a smooth process. I highly reccomend Hooks. Whole staff was professional friendly and courteous.

2020 Lincoln Aviator

My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV and she had her heart set on the Lincoln Aviator. We went to the local Lincoln dealer in our hometown, and were totally turned off by the experience. They didn't seem to want to sell us the vehicle that we were prepared to purchase when we went in there. So, we started shopping online... and found the vehicle we wanted at Hooks Lincoln in Fort Worth. Actually, it was a nicer Aviator than the one we'd looked at locally, but it was priced reasonably, so we inquired online about seeing it the next day (Monday 7/13). I was called back shortly thereafter by Jeff Payne, who assured me they would not sell it before we had a chance to drive the 110 miles to see him the next morning. What a wonderful car-buying experience! Jeff was super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We never had to deal with ANYONE else, the whole time we were there. (No sales manager, finance people, etc.) Jeff handled the whole thing. They treated us fairly on the price and the trade-in. He didn't try to up-sell us a bunch of add-ons to pad the final bill, and the financing was painless. The dealership was immaculate, everyone was wearing their PPE, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. I would definitely buy a car from Jeff Payne and Hooks Lincoln again, and confidently recommend them to anyone else. By the way, LOVE the vehicle :)

Excellent Service

Brought vehicle in for oil change and overall check of wipers, tires, etc. Service done in a timely and professional manner. This is the second car I have purchased from Hooks and the service continues to be outstanding.
