Lincoln MKT 2013, oil change and maintenance, staff made appt, I was there on time, they took the vehicle in immediately, waited in the nice waiting with a snack and cold water. Wifi was available and a nice TV. One of the owners came by to visit, make sure I was being taken care of. Don't know how you could ask for more.
