2014 MKS Lincoln

The staff was very good to me. I love the 2014 Lincoln MKS. It drives and handles so easily. A lot better than the MKZ. Barbara Trammell.

Great Experiences for 12 Years and Running

I've been a Hooks customer for 12 years now. It's always been a great experience -- friendly, fair, and faithful performance. Over the years, the Service team has come to know me, my cars, and my expectations. They have come to honor that and always steered me accordingly. I am grateful. It would be very hard to ask for more from a dealership. There have been a number of other makes and models in my family over the years, but when it comes to sells and service for those vehicles, no one else could compare to my experiences at Hooks. Two thumbs up!

I am hooked on the Hooks expericence. Amazing!

Jeff and Carson are top notch professionals. The paper was completed in less than 30 minutes and was on the road to enjoy my new car.

Awesome car buying experience

We purchased a Lincoln Navigator L. We love it. It's a great ride. The people at Hooks are great; courteous, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Mark Grabowski and Jeff Brady made purchasing this vehicle very easy. We've been very pleased!

Excellent service

your service staff is very helpful and takes excellent care of my MKX. The service department is isolated from the sales department by many steps. I do not mind the walk but many others may have a difficult time walking up the hill to the showroom floor. While waiting for service it is nice to look at new vehicles in your showroom. The new MKC is very nice. I like it but for my needs its a little too small as I carry my bike often.

Great Job !

Greg in your service dept is a very nice man and very understanding when it comes to telling him about noises in your car and he finds the problem and tell you about it and fixes it. All of your people that work for you are very nice and always concerned about you. They also go out of their way to make you happy. I will always do my car business with your company.
