The staff were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance was done very quickly and I would highly recommend Hooks Lincoln for all service and sales.

Came to test drive a MKX that I saw online after talking with Amy Jones, Internet Manager. After arriving and test driving, we decided it wasn't really what I was looking for, but saw a 2012 Cadillac SRX on the lot that was really pretty. Test drove with Mark Grabowski, and decided that was the one. Jeff Bradley had me approved for a loan in under an hour and I was in and out in under 2 hours. Everyone was so nice and friendly, Wonderful Experience!!!
