They are always personable, professional, and most importantly trustworthy. I never thought I would buy a Lincoln, and now I never want to own anything else!

We went to Hooks Lincoln to take an initial look at the MKX and liked the style, comfortable drive and feel of the car. The incentives available to us, including the loyalty program, were enough to see that we were destined to purchase a vehicle that day and we did. The staff was excellent throughout the purchase. We picked up the car as arranged the next day and are very satisfied with the deal and service we received.

MKX, we could not have been more please. We have the oil changed and washed and it looked great after only a short time. They offered us something to drink while we waited and I had not even finished my coke. Great Service!!
