Hooks Lincoln

Oil change in 2010 Navigator. I was told about several things that need addressing on my vehicle. Some of it my husband can do. I was quoted an outrageous price for parts and labor on a window motor replacement. I can't afford to have Hooks do this. I'll have to see if someone else can do it for less.

After being a customer for over eight years just still being a customer is validation enough just a good job always friendly and efficient

They were professional and courteous when I made my appointment. The service was thorough and the tech was informative. Quick turnaround and I was on my way in no time.

MKX 2008. Excellent service. When I called, I received the appointment that I wanted, immediately. The adviser was extremely helpful and fully accommodated my needs. At time of service and I arrived early I was greeted in a friendly manner and we went over items that needed to be covered during this service. All done . It took the appropriate time , a matter of fact it was done faster than I thought it would get done. I have utmost respect for the adviser and technician who kept my MKX in excellent shape all these years.
