Dead Battery Diagnosis and Replacement

My car would not start on a Saturday morning. It just made clicking sounds. I called the service department and described it, thinking I would need to get it towed in for repairs. The service representative said it sounded like a dead battery and said it it was within 4 yrs of purchase, it would be covered under warrantee. Additioanlly, he said I could call roadside assistance to get a jump start for free. I did, and it did start, so I was able to drive it in to the service center. Even though they were fully booked for the day, they were able to replace the battery and get me going in just an hour. I expected a major upset to my plans for the day and the weekend, but I was able to get back to my plans before noon. They were extrememly helpful!

Service maintenance

I had a really good experience at AutoNation Acura Gulf Frwy! Ian was my advisor and he was so helpful and very professional! He came out to greet me as soon as I pulled up and already knew what I was going in for and was prepared. I have never been in and out so quick from getting maintenance on my vehicle! I?m so glad I came to this AutoNation! I am sticking to this dealer for future services!
