Excellent dealership with great service advisors. They are wonderful in assisting customers and making sure you experience a delightful process when your vehicle is undergoing annual service. I had an outstanding Service Advisor, Duke Woodard, who demonstrated professionalism, integrity, compassion, and just overall excellent customer service.

Great work and got me in one day before the work was done. They helped with a loaner car for the days.

Had my tundra took there for a service on stolen Catalytic Converter replaced also purchased it there new also a car for daughter new there got the runner around no update but got contacted on about 1800 dollars on service they could do wow spent about 9000gs on car rental finally just just purchased another car 15 months later took truck tail pipe still not there had a sheild & pipe on truck 45 minutes after picking it up

Great services as always. Clean waiting areas. It was nice when they texted me an update of inspections right away.

I had a great experience with Prince Adrian Davieson at Mike Calvert. He was very polite and intelligent, he remembered everything I told him and didn't push me into something I was not, wanting. He is very knowledge about all the details of all the different car models.

Sale person no good for your business He was nor polite Trying to sell and it any a new car

Most of the employees are not customer friendly, service can be slow and there was no snacks available for the customers compared to other dealerships

Especially thanks for Starr Hines at Mike Calvert Toyota service and maintenance department for my 2022 Sienna LE maintenance service last Friday. She was so friendly & professional - straight forward to the points for the issues which I concerned about & reported to her. She worked with the tech and followed up with the updates from the tech and solved my concerns. Cool! Thanks!
