I have been to several dealerships, but this was the absolute best experience I've ever had!! I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great car at a great price! The Customer service is impeccable! Claudia was amazing! She was very patient with me and answered all of my many questions! She went above and beyond to find me the right car for my needs! She was never pushy or tried to "sell" me, but made me feel absolutely confident and comfortable with the car I purchased! She even followed up with me to make sure that I was pleased with my car. I will always go back to Mike Calvert for my automobile needs! So very refreshing to actually have GREAT service now a days! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had an amazing experience with Mike Calvert Toyota with my new vehicle purchase. Other sales person or dealership might be too pushy and tell you lots of "good things" you just wanna hear but literally know nothing about and that's why I would like to commend Ms. Brittany Foster for being so transparent and straightforward (which is a good thing for a buyer like me) whenever I ask things and concerns about the vehicle. Although there are some unforeseen circumstances that prolonged the ETA of the vehicle, she still managed to go above and beyond and update me whenever I ask her queries about the vehicle. She also offered me other options that match my budget and situation and I wanna compliment her for respecting my final decision regardless. Thank you so much to everyone in Mike Calvert Toyota!

Dominic was awesome and willing to go an extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed to trade in my old vehicle and to get in to my new vehicle. Yao and Clay was awesome too!!!!

Excellent service and very good communication!

Excellent service and very good communication! They even provided a video to record what mechanics said during inspection checks. Bryant, the service coordinator, did a fantastic job! Keep going!

Dishonest Dealer

This is a long belated review but just want to inform others of my horrible experience. I purchased a 2023 Corolla Cross in December 2022. I know at that time, vehicles were hard to come by and dealers were taking advantage of the situation by imposing a "market adjustment". I understand that reality. However, I believe that they should have been transparent and inform me that my Corolla Cross had a market adjustment of $4,000. The window sticker wasn't on the vehicle and I didn't really had an idea of the MSRP. I blame myself too because I should have been more on guard and less naive. I forgot that there are wolves in the business who will pounce on you. Also, during the financing phase, I was offered the Toyota Care package, the initial quote was $8,000 which was ridiculous. After some haggling, it went down to $3,500. I wrote the head of this dealership and told him about my experience. I DID NOT even merit a reply which shows how they "value" their customers. Btw, I recently traded that Cross for a Subaru. Excellent Subaru dealership.

THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS!

THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!! The service department is as disgusting as their leadership, Mike Gorbet, AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MGR - Jim Love. My elderly Mother brought her car in for service, they charged her 2K for brake pads and spark plugs, and THEN they broke her key fob and charged her $300. When she left this xxxx-poor dealership, all of the check engine lights were on and her car was vibrating like it was about to stall. She's taken it BACK to them, and now they want an additional $1500 for ignition coils. Ross said they're giving her a "good" deal at $310 for ONE engine coil, and they cost $83 on THEIR Toyota website. THE NERVE.... THIS PLACE IS GROSS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SLIMY, RUN FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! I'M BEYOND DISGUSTED!!!!
