My experience has been different each visit. Overall the staff goes above and beyond to assist and keep me happy. The dealership has some vague practices but overall the staff works hard to keep the consumer happy. Kudos to Duke in service.

Go to Mike Calvert Toyota and ask for Douglas! I encountered a situation where I needed a car urgently due to unforeseen circumstances. I spoke with Douglas that same day and he listened to my concerns. I couldn't go to the dealership until after work so he calmly walked me through my options before sending me the link to get the process started. When I arrived at the dealership he already had the car pulled up to test drive. The process was very streamlined and Douglas was amazing. I try to avoid dealerships and salespeople in general but the level of customer service and attention to detail was impeccable. I was able to get a car that I'm so happy with, he even listened when I complained about car notes and got me a very low payment. If you're looking for someone to treat you like a person and not just a number go see Mr. Douglas at Mike Calvert, you won't regret it! The Customer service is impeccable! Claudia was amazing! She was very patient with me and answered all of my many questions! She went above and beyond to find me the right car for my needs! She was never pushy or tried to "sell" me, but made me feel absolutely confident and comfortable with the car I purchased! She even followed up with me to make sure that I was pleased with my car. I had an amazing experience with Mike Calvert Toyota with my new vehicle purchase. Other sales person or dealership might be too pushy and tell you lots of "good things" you just wanna hear but literally know nothing about and that's why I would like to commend Ms. Brittany Foster for being so transparent and straightforward (which is a good thing for a buyer like me) whenever I ask things and concerns about the vehicle. Although there are some unforeseen circumstances that prolonged the ETA of the vehicle, she still managed to go above and beyond and update me whenever I ask her queries about the vehicle.
