I started the hunt for the purchase of a new car with another dealership. They were unresponsive and unhelpful which led me to Williams Subaru and the sales team online and then to Aimee Clark. The team made the process easy and answered all of my questions. Aimee was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. She responded every time I contacted her and made time to help me. She is amazing and I would highly recommend going to see her if your looking to buy a Subaru.

After looking around online for a new Forester Limited for a few weeks, we discovered one at Williams Subaru – but it was not in stock, it was listed as “vehicle is in transit”. Not knowing exactly what that meant we contacted Aimee Clark by phone. We had seen her name pop up several times in dealer reviews while researching our possible purchase. I can tell you now, that the great reviews she gets here are justified. Aimee was very responsive to our calls and answered all our questions. After speaking with her we decided to put down a fully refundable deposit on the Forester. Not 30 minutes after putting down the deposit we received a text from her with a picture of the vehicle, as it had just then been delivered (how’s that for timing). Long story short – we ended up meeting with her at the dealership the next day and finalized the purchase within a short time. Purchasing from Williams Subaru with Aimee was one of the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. All the staff we encountered at Williams Subaru were pleasant and easy to work with. Make sure you ask for Aimee – she is courteous, knowledgeable, patient (we had a lot of questions) and a pleasure to work with.

They didn't have the color or package we were looking for on the lot but they let us order exactly the car we wanted with NO MARKUPS, no dealer trickery, and it only took 6 weeks to come in.
