Buying my car from Williams Subaru was very horrible experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Phone calls were never returned, the finance manager was rude and lied to me. I had a question after I bought my car and three times the salesperson said to me that she didn?t know what I was talking about. The only way that I got questions answered to anything resolved was by calling the Subaru Customer care number. And I had to call them two times. I have never, ever experienced such bad customer service and I?ve bought cars in Los Angeles and New Jersey. I felt like I was in a nightmare that would not end.

She helped me with information I needed and finding a new Subaru that was right for me.
