Williams Subaru

I went to Williams Subaru in search of a Forester or Crosstrek. Aimee Clark took such good care of me. She was so patient and helped me realize which vehicle was best for me, without being pushy at all. Aimee is very knowledgeable about all of the features on the vehicles and she covered all the important features well. I ordered My Outback, and it was delivered within the timeframe promised (Covid Supply Chain). Kaetlyn was easy going yet professional. There were no games, unnecessary ?market markups?,or xxxxxxxx. Financing was easy and beat my pre-secured financing. They weren?t pushy, although did present add-ons and offerings. Tags and registration were received in a timely Manner. I love that there are a good number of women working there, as well?and the kind that drive Subies. Ha ha. Having some of the process started before even arriving at the dealership made the process easy, breezy. This is my 5th Subaru over the years and one of my best buying experiences.

I had a fantastic buying experience! I wanted a specific car which they did not have in stock but they said they would call me when it arrived on the lot. Aimee Clark texted me when it came in, because I live 5 hours away (my brother lives in Charlotte, a good excuse to visit) Aimee helped me do all my paperwork on the website so when I arrived all I had to do was switch my things to the new car and sign the paperwork. I sent them pictures of my trade in car in advance so even the trade in estimate was solid. Fauzi, the finance manager went over everything with me, he was great, he did not try to talk me into buy anything extra I did not want, and he explained all about the StarLink and other features of my new car. The new anti-theft dot feature is amazing. After all the paperwork was done Aimee spent a good long while in the car with me setting up my StarLink and SiriusXM. She very throughly explained all the new features that I did not have in my previous Subaru. This was the 1st time ever that buying a car was a pleasant experience! If I did not live so far away I would happily meet Aimee for lunch or drinks. Down the road if I ever decide to trade this car in for a new one I will absolutely go back to Williams Subaru and cross my fingers Aimee and Fauzi still work there. Oh, there was a bonus, a puppy in the showroom, he looked like the puppy in the Subaru ads! I love my new Blue Pearl Forester Limited.
