Horrible Service & Products

So far after over a year of owning a 2012 Kia Forte the experience has been nothing less of disappointing. The engine will probably last but the fabric and interior have been poorly designed. (snag, scuff, scratch and they say it is not covered with bumper to bumper warranty) Just last week the windshield shattered and it has taken them a week to correct their recall. Today I went to pick up the car only to have the outside filthy and the inside still covered in glass. Who in the world would try and give a car back like that after their windshield shattered on my daughter. Horrible customer service and care. Would not refer anyone to this company ever.

Awesome car buying experience

Doc and Deanna ROCK!!! We arrived, looked at all the SOULs on the lot while learning about the options on each model, went for a test drive, chose the car we wanted (someone else was also interested in the same car). Doc and Deanna gor our information, down payment and had us processed and out the door in 3 hours! That was from driving in with our trade in (which we got an excellent price for) until we drove away with our new SOUL + in the color we wanted. By far, the best automobile sales experience we have EVER had! We highly recommend Doc, Deanna and DCH Kia of Temecula. Patty and Willie Forst

Don was amazing! he helped with with the advice i needed and took the time to explain every detail of everything to me. I am a first time auto buyer, but have shopped around other places, this dealership will leave u speechless! they take pictures of you with your new car and spend you a cute slideshow with music for you to have, they also make you really feel like family!
