Service, efficient and timely

They were efficient and called with updates on service work and cost. They also were very efficient in checking into service work and whether it was covered under warranty and then ordering the part.

great Experience

The service department is excellent. They're always up front with what's going on with my car. They almost always have it ready on time and thoroughly explain what needed to be done.

No muss, no fuss, called Tina, told her exactly what we wanted, she found it with a great price, and brought the vehicle to us...what more could we ask for? Great experience and recommend to everyone!

Love my home town dealer!

Quick and courteous service. Knew service history and what needed to be done. Got car serviced free of charge because of loyalty points. Can always get a shuttle ride so it is easy to schedule maintenance with out worrying about waiting or someone to drop me off.

Great service and Salesman, was under renovation

Had very good experience once I contacted (by phone) a sales person. In this case it was Mitchell Glapa. I bought a used car that I an very happy with and the buying process was very fast and professional. I could of had the car the day I went in but had to be at work so I picked it up the next day. Would recommend Bob Maxey Ford to others.
