Would give 5 stars as this issue is not their fault, but...
Would give 5 stars as this issue is not their fault, but a 4 year old Edge should not need a new engine. After searching the internet I discover it is an issue with the 2017 Edges and multiple people have had to have an engine replaced. And Ford has not done nothing. I fork over $6000 for a new engine and I have to rent a vehicle for a week. It is a bitter pill to swallow.

Extended warranty paid off! Was extended every courtesy by Everyone. Service fixed it promptly. Wish I could have kept the loaner; a Lincoln. But was able to go to Moms for Birthday dinner in a fixed vehicle.
