Bob Maxey Ford in Howell is my dealer of choice. Whenever I've needed service or repairs the service department has always been able to get me in to address my needs. I've tried several dealerships in our area and Bob Maxey is hands down superior to all.

Would give 5 stars as this issue is not their fault, but a 4 year old Edge should not need a new engine. After searching the internet I discover it is an issue with the 2017 Edges and multiple people have had to have an engine replaced. And Ford has not done nothing. I fork over $6000 for a new engine and I have to rent a vehicle for a week. It is a bitter pill to swallow.

Got me right in told me how long it would be, sent me texts and updated me and let me know when it was done. All went like clockwork!

I have used Jenny Olrich now for many years and so has my husbands family. She is and always has been transparent and upfront. Explains the details of the vehicle as an expert. Just got the 2021 Bronco Sport 3 weeks ago and I am in LOVE! Thank you Bob Maxey (Jenny O.)!!

Did an awesome job on the vehicle. Started service on time and kept me updated as the service was being done. Brandon is an awesome service writer.

Extended warranty paid off! Was extended every courtesy by Everyone. Service fixed it promptly. Wish I could have kept the loaner; a Lincoln. But was able to go to Moms for Birthday dinner in a fixed vehicle.
