Unprofessional
Dropped of the car for warranty service work the night before and spent 20 minutes with advisor while they typed up the information/invoice for the work. Next day I did not hear a word. Texted them at the end of the day since they said they communicate via text with progress of work and when car would be ready. Did not text back. Had to give them a call. Women who answered the phone was laughing so hard she could not speak. Transferred me to service and first person had no idea about car. Transferred again and this person said "oh let me check because I came in late and could not find any paperwork on this vehicle". Really?? On hold and then transferred again. Finally they said the car was done around noon that day. Waited all day for this. Went to pick up car and was told that it was out front. Of course, went out front and it was not there. Back in again. Saw a porter who remarked "not out there, is it?". He offered to retrieve the car and asked if I wanted a car wash. Really? You have had the car all day. No to the car wash, just bring me my car. Not impressed at all.

I travel all the way from Warren Michigan to get a car from Bob Maxey Ford in Howell Michigan for only one reason, they are the best dealer ship in the country. If all dealerships were like Bob Maxey, you wouldn't be able to wait to get your next car!

BOB MAXEY IN HOWELL SALESPERSON TINA IS A LIAR WHO SAID I...
BOB MAXEY IN HOWELL SALESPERSON TINA IS A LIAR WHO SAID I DID NOT WANT A VEHICLE, BUT NEVER FOLLOWED UP AND IGNORED CALLS! I CALLED, LEFT MESSAGES, AND TEXTED HER WITH NO RESPONSE AFTER SHE STATED SHE WOULD CHECK ON PRICING FOR A VEHICLE THAT I WAS INFORMED ONLY HAD 2K MILES BUT WHEN I TEST DROVE IT...IT HAS ALMOST 6K MILES. NOT ONLY DID THE VEHICLE HAVE EXCESSIVE MILES, BUT THE VEHICLE INFORMATION/VIN I RECEIVED A QUOTE FOR AND DID RESEARCH ON WAS NOT THE SAME VEHICLE THAT I TEST DROVE. I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER AS WELL ON FRIDAY AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL YET.

I RECVD A CALL FROM THE MGR STEVE & APPRECIATE THE FOLLOW UP...BUT I WAS ADVISED I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK LATER IN THE DAY. NONETHELESS, NO C/B. I'M HAPPY THOUGH BECAUSE I LOCATED THE VEHICLE I WANT WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT VILLAGE FORD IN DEARBORN.

Do not buy anything from Bob Maxey Ford of Howell they...
Do not buy anything from Bob Maxey Ford of Howell they will sell you a vehicle with a modification done to it and sell you the warranty knowing that it voids most of the warranty and not say anything till you bring the car in for repair and they find every way possible to not cover it or make it right. They are nothing but a joke and scammers

The additional changes you are talking about were on the car when I purchased the car from Bob Maxey. I didn't change anything after purchasing the car from there so continue to lie about it and I will be contacting a lawyer and also letting people know about the shady stuff that gets pulled at Bob Maxey.
