Excellent

I came in and they assessed the damage on my car quickly. They said they would call in a couple weeks when they had a loaner and they did. I did not have to call them. They completed the work in timely manner and let me know in advance when it would be done. I left my garage opener in the loaner and they made arrangements for me to get it on a Saturday. I could not have asked or gotten better service!

Fixed Stop and Go feature on my Escape

I was very satisified with the service I received from Dan the service manager and his crew in the service department. After three tries Dan looked up to see what others were doing with the problem and had it fixed. I don't live in the area and I drive to Howell from Novi for service and I don't mind with the service I received. Thank you,

I received a fair trade in for my truck and our salesman was over the top in finding every applicable rebate available . His efforts is what closed the deal for me.

Great Service

Staff is always friendly, helpful and more importantly, get work done in a reasonable timely manner. I have never been disappointed, and it is the first Ford dealership that actually values both you as a customer, and your voice as a consumer.

Great buying experience

From the minute I walked in, to the final walk through after my purchase. I was completely satisfied with everything. My salesperson, Valerie Shaver was outstanding, very informative and up on what rebates and style choices I was interested in. I would recommend Bob Maxey to anyone.

Great Dealership - Ford issue out of their hands

I have worked with Brian Waldo on several vehicle lease/purchases. He is top tier when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, the issue with our 2016 Escape paint was "out of warranty" so Ford said nothing could be done! We purchased the vehicle new for my daughter and when I was touching up some paint at the three year mark I noticed that the paint was bubbling up on the door hem flanges and liftgate flange. Brian reported this to Ford, but was unable to obtain any resolution, other than it was out of warranty. The vehicle is well maintained and garage kept when not driven so this should not be occurring and this had obviously been going on prior to the date I found it (2-3 months after warranty expired). It is disappointing that Ford is hiding behind the fact that it is not a warranty issue. If those are the rules, I will accept that my relatively new vehicle is rusting under the paint in three spots. However to that end, I will not purchase another Ford vehicle due to the bad taste left in my mouth from how this was addressed. Brian Waldo is a great salesperson, unfortunately he is not responsible for how this situation was handled by Ford, but ultimately will bear the consequences from several less sales. fast and effecient

Went in for an oil change and an issue with the cruise on my 2018 F150, They called shortly and they said it was all set which I was wondering if they had time to fix cruise and sure enough it was taken care of. Some switch problem. Good Job Guys.

What a nightmare!!

I have had nothing but trouble after bob maxi ford fixed my recalled coolant system. It’s over heated a dozen times or more welded my dual clutch together and caused irreversible damage to the engine and other components. I took it in about two months ago and said there was white smoke coming from exhaust and it was shifting hard I wanted them to look at transmission and check fluids. ( I also need a wheel bearing fixed) they had car ready next day and said everything was fine they seem no issues besides wheel bearing they fixed. Two weeks later my car will not move. They say the clutch is welded together and the transmission fluid is burnt. With no explanation!! How could this be I just had them look at it everything was fine they said. I told them I didn’t wanna put a bunch of money in vehicle if we couldn’t get the other issues (coolant system) white smoke ect. They proceeded with fixing the transmission without addressing any of the other issues. The coolant system is still messed up it has overheated 3 times since then. They have avoided me and this car since claiming they are backed up and can’t get car in. That’s fine I’m taking my car somewhere else where I’m treated with respect and car is properly fixed. I’m a very reasonable man and gave them several opportunities to do the right thing and they have declined in fact they’ve been real xxxxty like it’s my fault or I messed up car. So I have been forced to seek legal action as they are not willing to man up to their mistakes even though they’re blatantly clear!! I meet with my lawyer on Monday and from what I see should be an easy case!

THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!

I have been to a lot of dealerships and delt with a lot of service people but NEVER ONE QUITE LIKE JIM W. He went above and beyond like nothing I have ever seen. When my aftermarket warrenty tried to weasel out of paying Jim and his team proved my case to them and had them cover my claim!! I have NEVER in all my years EVER had a service department like Bob Maxey. They go above and beyond a service department these people Jim and his term get it. They are 100% for there costumers and go above and beyond! I have had many different brands of vehicles and it all starts out the same way great sales people but then the times comes to get service!! 😱🤬and I would rather get a colonoscopy awake than to deal with service people that know nothing about car and trucks they just know what the mechanic told them oh and they don’t think warranty will cover it??? The story of my life!! Bob Maxey Ford and Jim W. Will leave you speechless no fighting no hassling just the truth great communication and no Drama!! I can’t believe I’m writing this but it’s the Truth!! Bob Maxey’s service department and Jim W. Are definitely MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!! The best dealership service experience I have ever had in 50years!! I must also add Rick the transmission mechanic he explained what happened to my trans to me but also my warranty company that tried everything in there power NOT TO COVER MY Claim!! But Jim and Rick the transmission guy and the person responsible for putting them into there position at Bob Maxy are super hero’s to me!! I have already switched people from my family and office to your dealership 1000% because of your SERVICE DEPARTMENT JIM W! A Real life SUPER SERVICE HERO!! Thank you Bob Maxey. I feel sorry for the other ford dealer down the street if there costumers ever find out about the service department AND Jim W. at BOB MAXEY it’s GAME OVER THEY WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER AGAIN!! Jim W. You made writing this review effortless very easy to do THANK YOU FORD MOTOR COMPANY YOU SHOULD HAVE ALL OTHER DEALERSHIPS BE TRAINED BY THE BOB MAXEY SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!
