Mrs. Donna Pascaris

Had a warning that the transmission needed to be serviced. Called for an appointment. When I dropped the vehicle off, I was told that the work would take a few days, and was given a loner car to use. My Escape was returned twelve days later as a result of "backorder parts". Overall, the service was good and the delay was acceptable.

2014 Focus Service Visit

I came in for a scheduled "The Works" oil change. The service staff were polite and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner. I will return for my next required service and my next purchase.

Excellent service

2016 Escape.. Took in for minor service issue. Love the new waiting area. Very accommodating. Love the car wash when work is completed. Howell has an outstanding staff and we couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Excellent Sales and Finance Personnel

I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. Only have had it for a few days but I love it. My sales person was very helpful and diligent in finding the vehicle I wanted. The finance guy was also very informative which will also help me in future purchases.
