Ford Fusion with Paul
I am a new teacher and working on a limited income because I am trying to pay back as much of my student loans as possible. I was working with Paul at Bob Maxey and he was beyond AMAZING. He knew I needed to get my payments under a certain amount and he made this happen way beyond my expectations. On top of that, he also placed me in a very classy car with lots of amenities. I can't express enough how pleased I am in my new Ford Fusion. Thank you Paul! :)

Brought in my 2014 Ford Escape for a lof and tire rotation. They did a good and fast job and I really appreciated the free car wash. I also like the coffee, tv and snacks. It was a very comfortable experience.

It would have been helpful if they knew how to get the front window defroster fan blower motor to work with the remote start.

Great service & beautiful facility!
I came in for my first oil change/maintenance since leasing a new 2015 Escape. The experience was very pleasant. I was checked in immediately and went to wait in their newly remodeled waiting area. Very nice! Free coffee and snacks. Sat and watched tv in a very comfortable area. Before I knew it ... my car was ready and I was on my way. Since it was my first oil change since leasing the vehicle .. it was totally free. Thank you so much for making the experience very enjoyable !!

Outstanding service and friendly staff
I was taken care of immediately and directed to the lounge where there was a variety of snacks and coffee and donuts. It was nice to partake and watch the news while I waited. Another touch of class was, my vehicle was washed and ready for me outside the door. I purchased my vehicle from Varsity in A/A, but will definitely consider Massey the next time I plan to purchase a new vehicle.

Excellent from the moment we walked in.
We practically needed a miracle to get qualified, but your staff made it happen. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. They offered our kids paper and colored pencils, and water and popcorn just to keep them happily occupied. Overall great people and we will be back for our next car!
