Took my new 2024 Maverick for its first oil change back

Took my new 2024 Maverick for its first oil change back on 5/31/24. I brought it in with only 3000 miles on it I just wanted the oil and filter changed nothing else as it wasn’t ready for a tire rotation. I waited over 90 minutes for the service and I got up to look to see if it was in the parking lot when finished it was so I went to the service desk the advisor kind of looked surprised to see me I wondered if he forgot that I was in the waiting room. The dealership offers a complimentary car wash with any service it did a very poor job cleaning it I went and asked for them to wash it again which they did. This is the second time I have had not so good experience with the service department the first incident was with my wife’s Escape. I think it’s time for me to find another dealership.
