Was looking for an F150 and Bob Maxey had many to select

Was looking for an F150 and Bob Maxey had many to select from. Found the F150 that matched up to what I was looking for. I work out of town so my car salesman, Josh, did a great job in helping me get through all the paperwork. Their finance department was also equally easy to work with. I'll buy from Bob Maxey and Josh again.

I recently leased a Ford Bronco from Bob Maxey Ford and had a fantastic experience! My salesperson, Matt Warner, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and he made sure I got the perfect Bronco for me. Matt was patient and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. He was also very transparent about pricing and lease terms, which I really appreciated. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he made the whole experience enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Bob Maxey Ford and Matt Warner to anyone looking to lease or buy a new Ford. They provide excellent customer service and make the car leasing experience a breeze. I had the pleasure of working with Brennen for a second

I had the pleasure of working with Brennen for a second time within 2 weeks. He made everything happen in a timely fashion not only for me but for my friend who purchased a truck from him a couple of weeks earlier. I did not hesitate to bring my business back to him . He represents your company with great pride and knowledge . If he didn’t know an answer he went to someone who could clarify.

Was doing a pre-approval, got insurance for the vehicle.

Was doing a pre-approval, got insurance for the vehicle. Got cash from the bank, putting 50% down cash. All of a sudden, the vehicle "didn't pass safety inspection" and no longer available. They said they are going to "Wholesale" the car instead. i actually used to work at this dealership. How did the car get to the inventory without an initial inspection? I asked for the safety inspection report but was told that it was going to be sent over. But i haven't received the report. This was a simple bait and switch case. These are the names and the faces of the individual's that I was doing business with that choose to lie to me over the phone instead.
