Will Andrew's my sales rep was amazing he went abive and beyond to make sure my repairs were done in a timely manor. Also he was very accommodation g when it came to securing us a vehicle my whole family could utilize

I had the pleasure of working with Brennen for a second

I had the pleasure of working with Brennen for a second time within 2 weeks. He made everything happen in a timely fashion not only for me but for my friend who purchased a truck from him a couple of weeks earlier. I did not hesitate to bring my business back to him . He represents your company with great pride and knowledge . If he didn’t know an answer he went to someone who could clarify.

Was doing a pre-approval, got insurance for the vehicle.

Was doing a pre-approval, got insurance for the vehicle. Got cash from the bank, putting 50% down cash. All of a sudden, the vehicle "didn't pass safety inspection" and no longer available. They said they are going to "Wholesale" the car instead. i actually used to work at this dealership. How did the car get to the inventory without an initial inspection? I asked for the safety inspection report but was told that it was going to be sent over. But i haven't received the report. This was a simple bait and switch case. These are the names and the faces of the individual's that I was doing business with that choose to lie to me over the phone instead.

I brought my car in for an oil change and to look for a

I brought my car in for an oil change and to look for a leak. I had a morning appointment that I was early for and they did not start working on it until the next day. I dropped the car off Tuesday morning and did not get it back until Friday. My service advisor was not able to explain what was going on, went to the dealership on Thursday and spoke with the technician and was better able to understand the issue. The technician was great. Car has always been serviced at the dealership, I will probably go to a different dealer to purchase my next new car because of the terrible service department at Bob Maxey.

Next door neighbor explained that Joshua was a very good salesman and took care of them after the sale. I met him, turned in my car and walked out the door with a new Bronco the same day!

Jenny Olrich was great she helped me special order a Mustang GT as a surprise gift for my wife. Everything about this dealer was top notch. I've known Matt Renko for a long time, and he helped with the order too. I had a great experience with all of them at Maxey Ford and highly recommend them. Go see Jenny for your new car or truck!

No nonsense, very professional, courteous attendant to the customer's wants and desires. They are willing to work a deal and make sure the vehicle that you want is the one that they obtain from either their or the surrounding area's inventory. I found them to be very easy to work with, make the purchasing experience very efficient. Would zi buy another vehicle from Bob Maxey Ford? Absolutely!!!
