I brought my car in for an oil change and to look for a

I brought my car in for an oil change and to look for a leak. I had a morning appointment that I was early for and they did not start working on it until the next day. I dropped the car off Tuesday morning and did not get it back until Friday. My service advisor was not able to explain what was going on, went to the dealership on Thursday and spoke with the technician and was better able to understand the issue. The technician was great. Car has always been serviced at the dealership, I will probably go to a different dealer to purchase my next new car because of the terrible service department at Bob Maxey.

Next door neighbor explained that Joshua was a very good salesman and took care of them after the sale. I met him, turned in my car and walked out the door with a new Bronco the same day!

Jenny Olrich was great she helped me special order a Mustang GT as a surprise gift for my wife. Everything about this dealer was top notch. I've known Matt Renko for a long time, and he helped with the order too. I had a great experience with all of them at Maxey Ford and highly recommend them. Go see Jenny for your new car or truck!

No nonsense, very professional, courteous attendant to the customer's wants and desires. They are willing to work a deal and make sure the vehicle that you want is the one that they obtain from either their or the surrounding area's inventory. I found them to be very easy to work with, make the purchasing experience very efficient. Would zi buy another vehicle from Bob Maxey Ford? Absolutely!!!

June 26, 2024 I got my F150 back.

June 26, 2024 I got my F150 back. I was charged ~$1250 fix my A/C. The A/C compressor started squealing as soon as I started to use the A/C. The shaft and pulley are not spinning properly. I called my service rep twice now and he has not to called me back. The service manager called me after writing this review. Apparently the Dealership voicemail is not accessible to employees and the credit card system was down when my repair was done so I have not received a receipt with the description of the work completed. I am raising my review from 1 to 3 stars but will modify/raise my review again after the issue is resolved. Prior to this appointment I had a couple good experiences with this dealership and I trusted the dealership when I took my truck there.
