I dropped off my car earlier than my appointment time. They called me when my car was done and I picked it up and was back home before my appointment time, now that is service.

Took my car in for "the works" to prepare for winter. Done very quickly everyone was pleasant. Nice waiting area.

Simple and Efficient

John Camilleri was an excellent salesman. He listened to our needs and wants. Then, helped us select the model and packages. He made the entire purchase feel easier than simply test driving at other dealers.

Great service. And what a beautiful dealership.

A very enjoyable experience. We were very pleased with the way we taken care of.The staff was very helpful. And what a beautiful store. This is our third Escape.

Great Service as always!!!

I noticed a small amount of motor oil on the garage floor where my Taurus is parked and as a precaution, took it to Maxey Ford. Tony Allis was very helpful and had one of his service guys check it out right away. Fortunately there was no leak found and I was confident that my Taurus was not the cause of the oil spot. Thanks to Tony and the crew at Maxey. They always to an outstanding job.

Repair of Body Damage

My car was struck by another car in a parking lot and after contacting AAA, I was told I could take it to Bob Maxey Ford for an estimate and repair. I was able to bring the car in the next day and they performed a damage assessment and said they would order the parts and let me know when I could bring car in to have the repairs completed. I got a call two days later and made an arrangement to drop the vehicle off the following week. After starting the repair, the technicians found addition damage which they repaired. The entire process took one week and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Positive experience.

The staff was very helpful. My salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. My only issue was the actual miles on my car was 194. It was not what the agreement said that I signed. It should have been looked at before I signed the papers. Over all my experience was very positive.

Will Andrews salesman

We purchased a 2016 Ford Escape and we couldn't be happier. Our salesman Will Andrews was very courteous knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us making our selection. He also was very helpful in showing us all the different things inside the car. WE would buy another car from him when the time comes. More then happy with his knowledge and courteous he showed us.
