Repair of Body Damage

My car was struck by another car in a parking lot and after contacting AAA, I was told I could take it to Bob Maxey Ford for an estimate and repair. I was able to bring the car in the next day and they performed a damage assessment and said they would order the parts and let me know when I could bring car in to have the repairs completed. I got a call two days later and made an arrangement to drop the vehicle off the following week. After starting the repair, the technicians found addition damage which they repaired. The entire process took one week and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Positive experience.

The staff was very helpful. My salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. My only issue was the actual miles on my car was 194. It was not what the agreement said that I signed. It should have been looked at before I signed the papers. Over all my experience was very positive.

Will Andrews salesman

We purchased a 2016 Ford Escape and we couldn't be happier. Our salesman Will Andrews was very courteous knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us making our selection. He also was very helpful in showing us all the different things inside the car. WE would buy another car from him when the time comes. More then happy with his knowledge and courteous he showed us.

My husband took my escape in for routine oil change the last time we had in for same thing I let you know the valve caps on two tires were missing it is a long way to drive for this item this time I had asked my husband to make sure they replaced them he forgot they did not put on or mention this is a small thing but it is inconvienent thank you beverly
