Purchase of used car

It was my granddaughter that purchased a car. Mike was excellent with her. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Maxey "Maxemized" our buying experience....!!!

This was our first time purchasing a new Ford product. We were very pleased with our overall experience at Bob Maxey. Our salesman, Will Andrews, was one of the most pleasant, most courteous sales representatives we have encountered. He told us right off, if he didn't know an answer to our question he would find someone who did. We have purchased many new vehicles in the past and this was one of the easiest transactions we have done, We sat briefly with Will and gave him an idea of what we were looking for and he found us the perfect vehicle first try. He *listened* to what we said and he nailed it....! We understand that Will is new to your dealership and believe he will be an asset to your company. Jeff and Rick were also great to work with....!!! If your service department handles your customers as well as your new car sales staff, I know we will be long time satisfied buyers.

Bob Maxey is awesome.

I brought my Escape in for warranty work on leaking coolant and a sticking hatch in the back. They were able to fix the hatch easily. They weren't going to be able to fix the coolant issue before close and I needed a car for work the next day. There were no rentals available so I was going to have to bring it back at a later time. When I went to pick up my car, a rental had come back so I was able to use the rental and they fixed the issue the next day. The timing couldn't have been better. All the guys in service are awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, especially Billy Oatman who is great at his job!

Tow Damage From Ford road side assistance

Due to Tow Truck damage to my truck, Bob Maxey Fixed my Grill after countless attempts to contact Ford road side assistance. I do not recommend calling Ford Road side assistance as the tow companies they use do not treat your vehicle with respect. And Trying to get any issues resolve with road side assistance is impossible , even the dealer ship never got any support from Ford road side assistance. Thank you Bob Maxey Ford of Howell
