My husband took my escape in for routine oil change the last time we had in for same thing I let you know the valve caps on two tires were missing it is a long way to drive for this item this time I had asked my husband to make sure they replaced them he forgot they did not put on or mention this is a small thing but it is inconvienent thank you beverly

Mud flaps installed
We had mud flaps installed on 2015 Ford Taurus they look vey good Brian Waldo was very helpful. But I'm rather doubtful they will keep the dirt out of the doors seems a shame to have such a mess to clean after washing.

Billy waited on me and was very efficient with his customer service. he kept me updated with what was going on with my Escape and it was done sooner than expected which was great.
