Mud flaps installed

We had mud flaps installed on 2015 Ford Taurus they look vey good Brian Waldo was very helpful. But I'm rather doubtful they will keep the dirt out of the doors seems a shame to have such a mess to clean after washing.

2014 ford escape,cameinfor an oil change rep/ was good , service was short and good waiting was peasant, would recommend your service to anyone thank you

Housewife

This is my second experience with your service department and I am very satisfied with the excellent service I have had with you. Billy waited on me and was very efficient with his customer service. he kept me updated with what was going on with my Escape and it was done sooner than expected which was great. My husband needed his truck back for hunting and my car was done at just the right time CUDO'S to Bob Maxey for the great job. Thank you once again Julie Dockett

Good thorough service.

This was the first time I have used your service. I was coming in for an oil change & a vehicle recall on my leased 2015 Fusion. When I called for an appointment the person I spoke to was very helpful. He explained how long it would take. The staff was courteous when I got there. It took a little longer than expected but that was because they did such a thorough job. They found a nail in one of my tires and were able to patch it. I was very thankful they checked everything out as a flat tire would have been very stressful for me.

repair of brakes

had a full brake job done on my 2010 F150. noticed vibration that wasn't there previously. brought it back in twioe to rectify the problem. was advised to take it to the place where I bought the tires after rebalancing twice did not work. was also advised to bring it back in if further attention was needed. I felt like the service manager, Dan Retherford, really cared about getting it right for me.

Phenomenal Service, Honest Service

The vehicle I purchased was a 2015 Focus SE hatchback. The service was phenomenal and so was the staff. They took care of everything, reviewed and showed everything also.
