5 Star All The Way !

We have been purchasing our vehicles from Bob Maxey since 1999 and have had very successful service on all of them. The new service team headed by Dan is first class all the way. Whenever we need an appointment for service we make only one call to(Service Advisor) Billy Oatman and everything gets handled 100%. With this quality of service we will continue to purchase all of our vehicles from Bob Maxey Ford of Howell,Mi.

My only issue was that it took nearly two months to do the job.

Great customer lounge!

Exceptional service

My wife and I leased a Fusion from Bob Maxey recently and Cheri, our salesperson, was exceptional from greeting us the first time to following up with us after the sale. 2015 F350 Diesel purchase

My search for a vehicle lead me to Bob Maxey due to the specific option content I needed (6.7L Diesel with 5th wheel tow haul prep package). You had unit in stock that matched my requirements. Sales process went smoothly - John Camilleri was knowledgeable and efficient on making the sale and helping research some load distribution and axle capacity ratings for me. Only disappointment was valuation of my trade in vehicle was low. Seems to me that new car dealerships could be happy with profits on the new vehicle sales and be more willing to have a "break even" exchange on the trade in. Needed to make a second trip out the dealership from the Milford area, to pick up my old vehicle which I will now keep or sell myself.
