If you truly want the best car buying experience, ask for Taylor Brown when you visit #1 Cochran Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Taylor exceeded all of my expectations and showed incredible dedication in making me a satisfied customer. From the initial sale to nearly two months later, he put in more energy, sweat, and determination than I believe any other sales person would have ever done. Taylor presented himself as an articulate, professional, and knowledgeable representative of this prominent business. As a result, I really feel he is an ideal candidate to represent this company through various media and advertising outlets. THE TWO GENTLEMENT AT THE SERVICE DESK --KEVIN AND ANOTHER PERSON AS WELL AS MITCHELL IN REPAIRS WERE ALL GREAT. THE YOUNG WOMAN WHO ASSISTS IS INEFFECTIVE.

Excellent experience for a first time buyer

I worked with the salesman to find a new Jeep that had all of the features I wanted. This was on a Saturday, and he located the car I wanted at another dealer and had it on site the following Wednesday. The sales manager had his mechanics perform a safety check, and I traded in my old ride on Thursday. The entire process was very pleasant and straightforward. This is a dealership that makes me question the stereotype that says that working with a dealership is difficult.

Bought a new Ford Fiesta!

I just bought a 2017 Ford Fiesta and I couldn't be more happy with the car and the overall shopping experience I had at #1 Cochran Ford! The sales associate was awesome at helping us out and didn't try to scam us or play any "car buying games." He was straightforward and helped us get a great deal. The manager was also very helpful in the transaction making the whole experience very personable and enjoyable. They were very patient with me as I couldn't make up my mind between all the Fiesta's on the lot, but in the end I made a great decision and love the car and all it's features. Will definitely shop there again (but hopefully it won't be for a while)!

2006 Ford Taurus owner ..

I have owned my 2006 Ford Taurus since new and have 38,000 mi. on it. Even though I did not purchase my car from Cochran I have had it inspected / serviced since Cochran moved in the area where I reside. Over the years I have seen many changes in the physical appearance of the facility . I was amazed at the "NEW" remodeling of the Ford Service area. It did not matter that I was driving an 11 yr old vehicle . From driving into the covered service area and being greeted the second I arrived by a friendly smiling attendant inquiring the reason for my visit. After opening the door for me to enter after stating they will take care of parking . In the past I had made arrangements to be transported to my home and picked back up (Cochran's policy) once service was completed. This time I choose to tour the new area; and I am glad I did. The waiting area was well light, comfortable and cheerful; serving the best coffee I have ever tasted in any Starbucks. lol.. The flow of the building was so professional and impressive. An area that you can see as your car was being serviced was interesting as to see what goes on to your vehicle . The personal are very helpful and exceptional. I felt welcome . In no time at all and too soon for me as I was enjoying my time I was all set to go. So as I said it did not matter that my car was an old well maintained 2006 or If I was driving a 2017 new vehicle I knew that I would receive the same treatment.. Oh yea .. To top it off ; they washed my care for free.. nice touch. . I recommend Cochran Ford if you are looking for a new car or need service for a older car as I refer to my "06" "Old~Betsy" ; (passed /w/flying colors) .. Wonderful experience . (ps) Makes me know that if/when I am in the market for a new vehicle I will head to Cochran Ford. .
