These New Jeeps are the 5th vehicles that we have bought from #1 Cochran -Allegheny Valley. We ALWAYS go there First and never need to go anywhere else. NOT kidding. We aren't personal friends with anyone that works there- we have just had PERFECT experiences there. I'm sure all of the staff is excellent but Steve Adams is the Sales Rep that we prefer. He goes ABOVE & BEYOND in customer service. He is very very good at what he does. It doesn't seem to matter what type of vehicles we hop in and out of to test drive- Steve KNOWS all of the features of each vehicle. Very Imoressive. This particular buying experience - I found the Jeep i loved but was wishing for a different color combination/ Steve had it on the lot for me the Next day- which is the one that I bought. We were only planning to buy one vehicle but my husband seen something he loved & the dealership worked to find many rebates & incentives to allow us to get BOTH! We are definitely #1 Cochran & Steve Adam Fans!

i went to cochran to see about trading in my jeep that i bought there for a dodge ram. Terry Waston was my sales person and helped me a great deal and i am now leasing a ram truck. I look forward to working with him again when it's time for a new one.

Ignoring the fact that they were working out of a trailer at the time, I got a new truck from these guys about 6/7 months ago. All of a sudden the truck wouldn't start and the engine wouldn't turn over. Had it towed in to be worked on, after a week they told me it was fine so I went over the issue again and the looked again and decided to replace the shifter. Got the truck back after almost 3 weeks in the shop and in two days it was having the issue again. Truck was towed back in and now they're looking at the wiring harness. Called the dealer because I thought a new truck being in the shop for a month+ was a bit ridiculous and was hoping for some sort of assistance. Told me they couldn't do anything and that I just had to deal with it. Would never, ever suggest going to these guys.

I brought my own oil (25,000 mile Mobil 1 full synthetic) and they only charged $15.45 to change it. I bought their Mopar filter ($7.00). It sure beats crawling under the car and getting oil all over the place! I've been doing this for 11 years at Cochran (formally Charapps). This is my second new car from them and they have great people working there. I hope to make it another 11 years or more!

I have been using the service department since I bought my 2013 Jeep Patriot. The service department has always been friendly, efficient, and helpful.

I attempted to buy a car after receiving a pre-approval letter in the mail. I was told I would hear back within 1-2 days after going to the dealership and filling out paperwork, as well as giving all the financial information they asked for. It has now been over 3 weeks, and no one has bothered to call me despite me leaving a voicemail two weeks ago. I know that my credit is not perfect, and I was more than likely going to have a hard time getting a loan. I would have appreciated a call to say "hey, we tried, but no one will work with you." Very unprofessional and this experience has definitely left a negative impression for me. I used to think very highly of this dealer, since they are "one of the best" in the area. I definitely do not feel this way anymore and am incredibly disappointed.

Stopped at Cochran as I drove passed just to look and two days later I drive off with a Ford Taurus. We needed a new car and it was my wife's birthday, so I killed two birds with one trade-in. Chrystal Rafalko (Holtman) was very helpful and I was pleased with the help she gave to my wife and me. Car buying is difficult as it is and she made the experience a little easier. Thanks to all involved.
