Transitowne Kia

Service department and staff rated as A1. They are courteous, reliable and friendly. Fully explain every aspect of service and billing. I've always had to sit in the waiting area for my vehicle and work has been completed in a timely manner. Waiting area is comfortable and clean.

Kia Telluride service visit!

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection. Frank the service advisor estimated the work along with a 30 minute software update would take about 90 minutes. As predicted I was out the door in 90 minutes.

Oil plan crack

I?m very disappointed that my oils pan has a stress crack and Kia will NOT cover it under warranty, there was no other damage to pan, they want to blame it on mechanic who did oil change, I believe that if the pan was made of good material , like I was told, then if it was cracked it could have been covered. Just very disappointed.. then when Kia wants to blame mechanic for that Kia?s Mechanics didn?t put shield back on correctly and if fell off and got all ripped up, now I have to go back to Buffalo1 hour and 15 mins away to have that replaced. Just a big fat disappointed!

Fast and efficient with the job I was in for. Great customer service. Friendly sales personnel when they walked by. Plus my sales representative even stopped by to check if I was still liking my vehicle
