Brought my Kia Sorento in for service,and Melissa took care of me .She was upfront and took care of all my paperwork with my warranty,I couldn't of asked for a better experience

First time (and last) visitor took my wifes 2019 Kia

First time (and last) visitor took my wifes 2019 Kia Optima lease that needed inspection and had heat issue, the Kia it was from was to busy this week . I have worked with Mechanics my whole life (55 Years old), this facility is a classic hack shop that runs you around and over charges for things you dont need. I don't have space here to explain the whole issue but trust me when I say, stay as far away from this service center as you possibly can. The sales people at this place should quit or ask for more pay because the service center is costing them for sure.

Hi. We apologize you were not happy with your experience with us. But frankly your car was a mess. Your radiator fan was broken, your inspection was past due since March, oil was a quart and a half low, your oil pressure switch was clogged, you had no tpms sensor on a new tire and wheel, which probably triggered your warning light. Even though it's a lease we recommend you do basic maintanence to your vehicle. Thanks for your comments.

Notice: how they never mentioned all the things that they actually did like change all the brakes on a lease with 20k miles that did not need doing. Bottom line is that you don't need to listen to me. They are literally loaded with reviews all the same as this one. 100s in fact on multiple sites. One need only look you don't have to listen to me. Again all the people in sales should leave that jobsite immediately because that service dept. is costing them their livelihoods.

Brakes

Disappointed it took so very very long. A hour longer than I was told. That being said everyone was very very kind. We made a appointment on line. There looked to be many appointments available. When I arrived it was extremely busy.

Took my Ford to Kia and to my surprise they couldn?t have been more accommodating , super friendly, efficient and got the job done.

The sales person that I dealt with was Dane Davidson. He was very helpful, courteous An efficient. He helped me to get through the process quickly and answered all questions or concerns that I had. I would recommend him and transit town Kia to my friends. It was an extremely pleasant experience.

Buying experience

Only complaint would be the detailing of the car. There was still a sticky drink spill in a cup holder and passenger door. Also after being washed still had something on bottom of door? salesperson cleaned it off with a rag

Outstanding Service

Yet another outstanding job done by the service department at Transitowne. Came in for an oil change and was done quickly and after a check of my vehicle informed me of some minor things that needed attention. These were done quickly as well.
