BEWARE!!!!!
Hated the experience. I was forced to pay way more than agreed upon. Request documentation of quotes/pricing and record every single phone call you have with these people, especially Frank. This way they can?t dismiss your claims and force you to pay more anyways like they did to me.

Hi Tehya. We apologize that you are not happy. Your car was in for brakes and calipers, but we discoverd the brake lines were rusted and broken. We called and told you about the the additional cost before we did the job, and offered a courtesy discount as the quote was going up and we know that hurts. We very much appreciate your business, and hope you will reconsider seeing us someday.
My new lease
A good and easy process. Not too much haggling. I was looking to renew my old lease. Given the current market and interest rates I was happy with my lease deal. My salesman Matt was very helpful and kept in touch with me thru the process.

Excellent experience from point of contact to the time I left. Experienced and trustworthy team. Mechanic thoroughly explained issue and recommendation.
