Best place to buy a vehicle

Pennant Motors is a great place to buy a vehicle and also the only place I will go from now on. From the salesperson Jamie and Rachael to the mechanics, all the way to the owners have been nothing but a pleasant experience. I have now bought two vehicles from the dealership and they have went above and beyond for not only me but other customers I have seen there as well. If there is ever a question of where you should go for a vehicle, the answer should be Pennant Motors!


If I Could Give Zero Stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would I bought a 2002 Volvo S60 from these guys at the end of February with the notion that the car was in 'perfect mechanical condition'. They neglected to tell me that the car was basically a death trap. I had to drive it all the way back to Connecticut with a broken fuel pump, broken engine mount, and a shot transmission. I asked the mechanic in person if anything was honestly wrong with the car, he said the car was fine. It obviously wasn't. The gears stuck all the way on the ride home, the car reeked of gasoline, and all sorts of noises emitted from the vehicle. I have dished out over $1500 dollars trying to make the car at least safe to drive. I still need to eventually get the transmission completely replaced, but I don't have the means to do so at this time. Pennant Motors has ignored our complaints, and refuse to pay or take responsibility for anything. Horrible experience, No professionalism. STAY AWAY


Top Notch Service, Excellent Prices!

I had just purchased a higher mileage Volvo locally in Lancaster, PA. I had gotten numerous quotes through a Swedish specialty shop local as well as 2 other garages to do suspension work. Pennant Motors was remarkably less expensive. To the point where I made a staycation weekend trip out of it and drove 700mi round trip to Fairview, PA to get the work done. Including lodging and gas this was still a good $1000 less than the competition. They have A LOT of Volvo's and other Euro's and are very experienced working on them. A huge shoutout to Mike, Rachael, and the entire professional staff! From my random messages down to the final details at the last minute they all made it happen! The Volvo Masters.


Multiple Cars Purchased

Over the past 4 years, I have bought two cars from Pennant. Both were fairly rare vehicles (a Freelander SE3 Convertible, and a BMW 7 Series). I stumbled across them because they were one of the only dealerships in the country that had a nice Freelander convertible, and I am so happy that I did. I had both cars shipped to me, and both arrived as described. Over the years, Rachael has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I call her often with questions and to get advice about my cars. I can't recommend them highly enough. When it's time to buy my next car, I won't be going anywhere else.


Do Not Buy a Car Here

I purchased a High Mileage Audi on 1/17/2014 from Pennant Motors. I bought this because I thought I could trust them. Wow, How wrong I was. It took until the beginning of April to get my tags. I was promised door trim which finally arrived on 4/4 and installed on 4/11 and will probably fall off. Rachael did not return any calls to me. I finally started working with Jaimie who is very helpful but caught in the middle. The owners cell was never answered and his voice box is full. To top it all off, I received a letter from Penn dot that the check to pay the taxes and title bounced. This is the dealership's check. I Paid cash and have proof. This is an absolute joke and they will not stay in business. You can buy high mileage cars anywhere, and from my experience with them it will be a mistake.

My time with Pennant Motors

I recently bought my 2004 Volvo S60 2.5T AWD at pennant motors. I went there knowing which car i want i had researched the model a lot. I had spotted minor things with the car when i first went to test drive, little dents, paint chippings etc. Although the out side and the inside weren't perfect they met my standards. When you goto pennant you cant expect to be treated like your buying a brand new car, They were easy going and trust worthy. The buying process for me personally couldn't have went better. The sticker price was set i pointed out imperfections so was able to negotiate on the price. All my exception's were met they inspected the car, topped fluids, got a warranty. I've taken the car on a 14 hour trip already it preformed excellent. I was so satisfied with their services that i recommended to a friend, and he found them to be just as great.

I have no complaints with Pennant Motors. I was looking for a specific make and model and they were able to find it for me. Rachael has been wonderful to work with. All of my questions were answered in a timely matter. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I met Nate, the service guy and I feel confident that if I have any issues, he will be able to take care of it!
