Bait and switch

They claim to be transparent in their pricing but that is the furthest thing from the truth. They tell you that their advertised price online is a no haggle price, which is awesome hoesntly. Until you get to the finance part. They're sneaky! They slip in extra charges! $2400 for window tints and a GPS they put in the car. At first my sales man Johnny, tells me it comes on all their cars complimentary. On paperwork that's the furthest thing from the truth! They sneak those charges on. After I called them out on it.. They call me back and tell me they removed it... But now the price of the car is $1000 more! This place is a joke and if you're not careful they'll get you!

As always, Mark Kia's service department delivered outstanding service. They are always friendly and ready to answer any of your questions. I've been there numerous times in the past 12 months and the service is always have standing.

Great experience!!

David Clark made our experience so fast and easy and would totally come back and purchase another car from him. Our salesman Manny was also fantastic and so knowledgeable about the car. Peter in finance had the paperwork ready and was not pushy trying to upsell anything. we were able to go through finance in less than 10 minutes. Terrible Salesman that lie through their teeth.

I have been dealing with this location for the last 4 days over the same vehicle. The first rep we spoke with [Mark Banks] would not even waste his time with my girlfriend or I (We are 22 years old) as soon I said we did not have a trade in and was interested in an F-150. He basically walked us out the door and said he would be in touch later that evening and that we could come back as early as 7:30 the next morning. He never sent us the requested info and when we showed up at 7:30 the next day he said he would not be in until later and to "text me like nine grab soething to eat if close and I'll update you ASAP" verbatim with the typos, to which he never followed up. We were extremely excited about this vehicle so we followed up with another rep {Calvin) who was great and actually informed us that the vehicle had been in an accident and that they would be inspecting the car for damage, something Mark completely neglected to tell us. I was still interested in the vehicle as we were coming in with about 15k and we wanted to get the best bang for our buck so I followed up with three other employees including manager Joshua Stonestreet to gather information. It was not until I got in touch with Max Kemp that I actually received any type of service and even a simple response to our questions. The only reason to ever even consider this location is their price, and honestly that could just be a one off scenario for this one vehicle. If you want full disclosure, or to not be discriminated against stay away from this dealer.

2020 Kia

I inquired about a car and Max emailed and texted me several times over the next couple days, including at noon on the day of my appointment at 3:30 pm. But when I arrived, max was not there and the car had been “sold that morning.” I call BS.

Joey did an awesome job with us! We flew in from San Diego and Joey arranged for us to be picked up from the airport. Our purchase of a Toyota Highlander went so smoothly because Joey had worked out all the details ahead of time. He did a great job from start to finish.
