Extremely Pleased

I have been buying new/used cars from the time I gained my drivers license. I have purchased 1 new vehicle and 5 used vehicles. Working with Josh Zulker and Mark Kia has undoubtedly been my most pleasant experience out of them all. Josh was extremely helpful, polite, and no nonsense. I talked to Josh for a while on the phone and within the hour I was driving to Mark Kia to look at and purchase my vehicle. Josh ensured that the vehicle was recently serviced (oil change, coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid were all clean and at acceptable levels. I would and will most definitely be trusting my business with Josh at Mark Kia. Thank you very much to everyone at Mark Kia your customer service has not gone unnoticed and you have gained yourself a loyal and very happy customer. Go to Mark Kia and ask for Josh, you will not be disappointed!!

Matthew Tatge, Max Kemp and Lucas Wilson were a joy to work with. We had an absolute worry free purchase experience from them. They were focused on our goals of trading in two vehicles to get one and never tried to influence or change our decision making. They were strong communicators and truly valued our time and effort being made to complete the purchase of our new family vehicle. Car transactions can be stressful but with a non commission sales staff and people that are willing to listen to our concerns and goals they not only met our expectations but made us feel like we were making the right decisions. I would also like to say that the very nice lady in Finance was also a breeze to work with. She was straightforward and we had papers signed in under 10 minutes. Do yourself a favor if you're in the market for a new Kia or used car and stop by Mark Kia and work with their excellent staff. Thank you for the flawless experience and truly caring about our needs!

Hidden Costs

Had been a while I dealt with a tricky sales team. Vehicle was not ready during viewing and was dirty, and scratched. Not impressed, bad talked other car dealers and affirmed all valley dealers were the same!
