The dealership is clean and beautiful. Charles Sebastian has been my primary service representative for many years. He has managed a lot of complicated diagnostic and service appointments for me and my family over the years He knows cars and knows what he is doing. He is honest and fair and I consider her a personal friend at this point. Likewise with everyone else I have had the pleasure to work with here including other service personnel. Tony Moore and Kenny in sales are first rate. This is a first class and stand up operation.

I bought a used vehicle at a very fair price and in excellent condition and low mileage. They definitely don’t sell vehicles with questionable background. I have full confidence that the vehicle is mechanically sound and nothing was hidden. Salesman was friendly and honest in completing the sale. Highly recommend Lithia.

It so hard to find a service center who will treat woman

It so hard to find a service center who will treat woman not like they are idiots! When I first called to make the appointment I was told by Jarad that it was okay to drive my car even though it was leaking oil and making a rattling noise when I accelerated on the gas which was absolutely wrong. Felt very uncomfortable with they way I was treated by Robert very unprofessional. I have only had my car for 9 months which I purchased there with you guys last April 2024 and that was an amazing experience. I had all my paperwork in order. I do follow up with the Carfax. I brought the vehicle in when due for oil change then one month later for tire rotation. I was told by Robert it was due for but stopped him and said it is not due for anything until 2 months which is a brake check and in March 2025 will be an oil change. Your service center is the only one who has worked on my vehicle since the purchase. I do try and keep up with maintenance on my vehicle but when you come into a service center that looks at you like you have no idea what your talking about is just not right. It's hard enough as it is being single and learning do these things on your own.
