Worked with Chris Bland and he represented well. I felt he was working 'with' me not just trying to get a sale. I had called on an internet listing he responded quickly and was able to get me the info I needed quickly. The car was in repair and wasn't ready when I arrived so he personally drove it from their shop in Santa Monica to my home in Orange County. Over the top service I would highly recommend. Finance department was easy to work with as well. Not pushy trying to oversell pretty straight forward.

I am only giving 5 stars because of the treatment, information, and thorough experience I received this past weekend. I was searching for a vehicle online from home and saw exactly what I needed which turned into what I wanted. I submitted all my information in the early afternoon then received a message later that evening that there was good news. I came in and test drove the vehicle and was impressed. The internet sales manager and the finance manager were very informative, tenacious, and showed so much compassion after the week I've had. They not only wanted my business but they wanted to make sure I walked away with the best options and package for my CPO vehicle. I am thankful for them and my full experience. Everyone I encountered while there was very warm, pleasant, helpful, and had a great attitude. Thank you all!
