This is my 3rd Mercedes!

My lease was up on my GLA 250 and I wanted a GLA 250 35 AMG night black and they found a stunning car for me exactly what I wanted. Jamie Dell is an amazing sales associate!

Late or lack of back contact. When client asks a question or offers a price you had better answer their request. Until now I do not know if my suggested price suits you or not. Perhaps no, but I do not have an answer yet.

I have been trying to get information on a used MB

I have been trying to get information on a used MB advertised . 3 emails to get photos , sent stock photos. Tried emailing, text, and calling to get further information about the car. Salesman told he would call back in 90 minutes, never heard back ( Hamed Rammi ). Received general email from dealer , responded back about the experience . Heard back that she would forward this info to the GM. Never heard back, emailed Gail again to ask who I needed to talk to about getting more detail info and purchasing process since we needed to ship the car. NEVER HEARD BACK. I cannot believe this is a MB dealership. I purchased a GL from a Morgantown WV MB dealership and they were so much more professional, like all MB Dealerships should be. I guess in California they can be me of a pompous !
