The absolute worse dealership to deal with. Made an inquiry on a CPO Mercedes E-wagon. Chatted with Farid, whom I must say is the spitting image of the typical sleazy salesman. Stayed In touch and finally last Saturday we agreed to close the deal, texted him to email me paperwork. Was ghosted for the remainder of the day. Received a text from him at 2.30 am my time telling me he would get the deal done. Finally 2 days later on Monday got a text saying "another sales-person" sold the car, but he would get it for me if I was able to adjust offer price. While I have no issue with the dealer getting the most for their vehicle, but a salesperson being Honest, transparent, and upfront speaks volumes. Farid is not that at all. Stay away from this dealership.

They have lots of selection to choose from. The agents have been very helpful to make sure that you will roll out with the car that will make you truly happy. Ask them a question and they will give you the exact answer, no smoke in mirrors. I highly recommend Fahrid his been very patient with me and I can that he is a very honest person. I like his approach and very knowledgeable. You should look for him in you are shopping for your next Benz.

Previously bought one from Marcus Jerry, and dealt with only Marcus this time, too. Great service and fine deal! His assisstant, Karen, is outstanding.

It was a great experience at Simonson, stress free. We submitted a request online the. night before, and Chris responded and confirmed inventory. We sent in the next morning to test drive and we drove away that night. Chris has good knowledge on the car which not too many people do nowadays as they rely the customers to do their own research. He was not pushy and yet he offered me satisfying discount. The only down was we waited quite awhile for the finance department to write up our purchase, guess they were very busy still at 9pm. Overall it was a + experience and Chris was one of the few nice knowledgeable sales that we ever encountered. We highly recommend WI Simonson.

The best experience! Stress free, super easy and fair! Both Sam (sales) and Marc (finance) made us feel like we were in capable and caring hands. I requested information blindly through an auto website, Sam responded to my inquiry immediately and then followed up with me (which honestly is the reason I went in - it was his follow-up)!
