My wife and I stopped by W. I. Simonson to look at a specific Mercedes-Benz they had in stock. My wife like the car and we proceeded to work with Farshad and Reza to complete a 3 year lease. Everything went smoothly from the moment we introduced ourselves till the moment we drove off in our new car. W. I. Simonson is not your typical automobile dealership where pressure on the customer abounds.

I have been with mercede benze last 7 years. This dealership was amazing. The best deal I could get, best experience I ever had. Best seals manager who I have ever met. Hamed Ramni gone above and beyond. I can not express my feelings, how excited we are with this amazing deal.

The horrible service from Chris Bland who is one of the salespeople in W.I. Simonson Mercedes-Benz. When I lease my car, a Mercedes-Benz A220 model, he promised to give a free service the first time such as changing the engine oil and checking the tire pressure things last summer and I made an appointment yesterday. and visiting the location where he gave me the location last time but it was the wrong location. so I called him several times but he did not take my calls. plus when I got the right location for a service the mechanical guy(Jose) told me they never heard about the free service from anyone. so I asked Chris Bland what was going on here. and he told me he has lots of customers to take care of. Therefore, he did not remember his promise to give a first-time free service to me. As a result, I wasted my time to drove all the way down from my home to their service center for 3 hours to get the free service he did not remember the promise to give a service for free to his customer who is myself. Such a terrible experience to get a service from Chris Bland who is totally unprofessional sales guy in W.I. Simonson Mercedes-Benz.

Shawn and his team are great and professional. They are trustworthy and you can count on them. Great experience would definitely Recommend. Honest and reliable.

I want to commend my salesman, Juanito, who worked diligently to put the deal together (via the telephone and Internet) and went so far as to pick me up from LAX after my flight from the East coast. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Mercedes, you will not be disappointed.
