The service was awesome and the staff was very friendly

The service was awesome and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I never encountered any problems or issue on my car for almost 5 years. Ryan was very knowledgeable and very professional in handling any required service that my car needs. Lexus service department is very awesome!!

I was overcharged for labor o could have easily completed

I was overcharged for labor o could have easily completed myself. I went to the dealer to complain. I was given no answer and have not heard from anyone for about two weeks. I will never do business with this dealership again unless it is warranty work.

My car is not good.

My car is not good. The GPS system is very poor. I would like a rebate of 6 thousand dollars poor quality !

Service was good.

Service was good. Loaner vehicle had sputum on center of steering wheel and instrument cluster. Dirty windows. I was charged for gas when I had already replaced the gas I used.
